At the 4th International Conference on Sustainable Chemical and Environmental Engineering, our team, with GRIDNET and NITLab, presented the wireless sensor network deployed for the Palaiopanagia and Agioi Apostoloi cooperatives: agro-meteorological stations, smart electronic insect traps, agronodes and communication nodes covering about 7,500 trees and 700 hectares. Theodosiadis presented the model of a thematic park in Thessaly that combines a bioclimatic building with solar, wind, micro-hydro, geothermal and biomass systems, agro-meteorological IoT monitoring and an energy-efficiency certification model, with an emphasis on educating young people.
